These are the developer’s own pictures, from its Samooha project page. The six outdoor renders — the amphitheatre, the tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, the outdoor gym and the landscaped seating — are filed there under Samooha’s amenities. They are artist’s impressions of a layout still being developed, not photographs. The clubhouse pictures are different in kind: a gym, a pool and a squash court, with people in some of them. They show the type of facility the developer lists for its one-acre clubhouse zone; nothing in them identifies the Samooha clubhouse, and the developer’s own disclaimer calls its visuals illustrative. The watercolour frame the developer draws around each picture has been trimmed off and nothing inside it changed. Several pictures on a marketing page for this project were left out: they show apartment towers, which a plotted township does not have, a street of finished villas that nobody has built here, or nothing that ties them to this project at all.
