Phase 3 is one phase of three; Phases 1 and 2 appear only on a small layout card, on the plot sizes page. The developer gives the whole township as 150+ acres, which a marketing page splits into 54, 34 and 74 acres. The plan that binds the developer is the one sanctioned for each phase and filed with its RERA registration — ask for it, and for your plot’s number on it.
